    The people behind the experiences.

One belief runs through everyone at Touchline International: develop the person and you strengthen the athlete. Meet the team who make it real.

    Our Team

    Experienced. Hands-on. Genuinely reachable.

You'll deal with people, not a call centre. Our team brings together experience across professional sport, elite development, education and international competition — and a shared commitment to the young people in our care.

    Stephen Dodd, Touchline International

    Stephen Dodd

    Founder

Stephen is one of the founders of Touchline International. After many years volunteering as a grassroots football coach alongside building a successful international business, he decided to step away from his corporate career to pursue his passion for sport and youth development. During his business career, Stephen mentored school leavers through apprenticeship programmes, helping them take their first steps into the workplace. He is passionate about giving young people opportunities, building confidence and helping them find a career and pathway they genuinely enjoy. At Touchline, Stephen brings together his business experience, love of sport and commitment to developing young people both on and off the pitch.

    Mark Hayes, Touchline International

    Mark Hayes

    Global Tours & Tournaments Lead

Mark Hayes brings over 20 years' experience in football, including senior roles as Chairman and Sporting Director. Recognised as one of the UK's leading specialists in football tours and tournaments, Mark has built an extensive network across professional and grassroots football in the UK and internationally. At Touchline International, Mark will lead our global tours and tournaments programme, using his experience and relationships to create unique opportunities for players to travel, compete and experience football at the highest level. His ambition is simple: to create experiences that go beyond the traditional football tour and open doors for young players through the game.

    Kirsty Rogerson, Touchline International

    Kirsty Rogerson

    Wellbeing and Safeguarding Adviser

Kirsty is a qualified mental health nurse with extensive experience supporting people and promoting safe, person-centred care. She advises Touchline on wellbeing and safeguarding, helping to ensure its programmes provide a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

    Harrison Dodd, Touchline International

    Harrison Dodd

    Sports Coach (BA)

Harrison left school to pursue his passion for sport, studying at college where he achieved Level 3 qualifications before progressing to UA92. After three years of study, he graduated with a degree in Sports Coaching. Having experienced a serious knee injury during his own journey, Harrison understands first-hand how quickly a player's pathway can change. That experience has shaped his passion for helping young players develop on the pitch while ensuring they continue to build their education and opportunities away from football. For Harrison, it's about finding the right balance between football development and education, so every player has something meaningful to work towards.

    Emma, Touchline International

    Emma

    Operations

With a household full of football fanatics, Emma understands the passion, commitment and community that sport creates. You'll find Emma at many of our Touchline events, making sure everything runs smoothly and, just as importantly, looking after our players. A natural "mother hen". Keeping everything organised. Making everyone feel part of the Touchline family.

Our team also leads our international football tours — bringing the same care and expertise to every team we travel with.

No call centres. You'll hear from someone who knows the game and cares about the person playing it.
