Who looks after my child?
Every experience includes dedicated supervision and pastoral care from experienced staff. We work with minors and safeguarding is central to how we operate. Staff are DBS-checked and trained in welfare protocols.
Where will they stay?
Accommodation is carefully selected for each experience — quality hotels, university residences or partner facilities depending on the destination. We prioritise safety, comfort and proximity to training and competition venues.
How will we stay updated?
Parents receive clear communication before, during and after the experience. We provide pre-departure briefings, regular updates during the trip and a post-experience review of the athlete's development.
What support is available?
Welfare and support are built into every experience, not added on. Athletes have clear points of contact throughout, and our team is experienced in working with young people in international environments.
Is this right for my child?
Every athlete is different. We discuss suitability, age requirements, expectations and the right experience for each individual. Speak with our team to talk through your child's needs and goals.
